The firm
A licensed engineering practice, not a staffing desk.
Caribbean Technical Services, Inc. is a Florida engineering business, established in 2004 and based in Miramar, Florida. The work is electrical: building systems, photovoltaic design, field review, and the construction administration that keeps a job honest.
The firm is small on purpose. Clients deal with the engineer who will stamp the drawings. That is slower to scale and faster to decide — which is usually what an owner, architect, or contractor actually needs.
CTSI also operates as a Florida certified electrical contractor. For commercial tenant-improvement work it acts as the contractor of record and performs through licensed, insured electrical subcontractors under written agreements. Same license and Miramar office — a different engagement from sealed design.
Our estimators have been awarded over $200,000,000 worth of work from Miramar, Florida.
The practice sits between South Florida and the Caribbean. Licensure in Florida, North Carolina, and Puerto Rico is not branding. It is the list of places we can legally seal work.

How we work
Background includes electrical design, estimating, project management, and quality control on industrial, commercial, and infrastructure work. The office uses that mix to produce drawings that a superintendent can build from — and an inspector can follow.
We do not publish a fake project list. If you need references for a specific building type, ask. We will send work that is actually ours.
